For three main reasons, assessment is a crucial part of ‘Language Teaching’. First and foremost, the offers teachers reliable foundation continuing points for planning developing lessons. Next, delivers instant feedback to gauge learners' progress enables students establish their goals. Additionally, contributes program evaluation, ensuring alignment curriculum teacher growth. Within realm listening, holds significant significance as it fosters learner confidence by providing necessary facilitates design instruction that addresses both apparent weaknesses gaps. This paper provide direction on how incorporate into listening instruction. It various aspects issues, such methods, elements affect performance difficulty, use oral interviews evaluate effective descriptive scales represent levels proficiency implementation portfolio-style assessments.
